Wow, what can I say about this Ryan. An incredible banging peice of work. Working from home can get me a bit stressful at times and being surrounded by 6 screens and a tablet can play havoc with ones eyes. One of my fave activitoes is also leaving and going for a good two mile walk. I find it refreshing and it focuses the mind. The one thing I would add also is Posture. I have invested in an ergonomic chair and I often work standing up but also working by looking down on my computer screens.

Posture for me is everything and I find that i can be a lot more productive because of it.
